Disscuss Selection Task in Executing Function Account

Some scholars assumed that the problem with selection task consists in obstacles of the failed executive function to regulate the strong irrational response.The essay presents the causes for the problem with the selection task through two experiments conducted.In the experiments,the failure in preferentially activating appropriate information is verified by providing perceptive cues in selection task.The result indicates that the assumption is ascertained by the enhancement effects arising from the pure perceptive cues.
