When the nanofiltration membrane is used to treat high concentration industrial waste liquid, the experiment research proves that the permeate flux minishing coefficient and membrane fouling resistance will increase with concentration duration. when concentration duration is short, the nanofiltration is controlled by polarization, otherwise, it is controlled by both polarization and membrane fouling. Increasing concentration flux will enhance the effect of nanofiltration membrane polarization and fouling for spiral membrane , but decrease the effect for flat membrane. When the waste liquid concentration is higher , the effect of nanofiltration membrane polarization and fouling will be more strong.
