In view of professional plateau phenomenon presented increasingly fiercely in librarian in the recent years,the article explains the symptoms and harm of the phenomenon.Then,it analyzes the cause of professional plateau phenomenon,and advances some corresponding countermeasures to solve this phenomenon.
