The procuratorial interrogation is a kind of interrogation held by the investigators of prosecution department to the suspects in the review and prosecution stage of criminal proceedings.Compared with investigative interrogation and trial interrogation,procuratorial interrogation boasts its own functions and features.In practice,it also has disadvantages in preparation,interrogation contents and making records because of the high pressure and inadequate abilities of interrogators.In order to make full use of procuratorial interrogations,not only the capabilities of interrogators should be improved,but also should the coordination be strengthened between relevant departments to share the whore work properly.
