摘要
Silver nanowires (AgNWs) are attractive for replacing indium tin oxide (ITO) as flexible transparent conductors. With the development of a transparent conductive material, planar structures cannot meet the increasingly demanding requirements of future applications. To enable further development, we need to diversify its concept. We prepare a patterned transparent electrode (TE). AgNWs were spin coated on the patterned substrate and then coated with liquid PVA. After drying, the AgNWs and PVA were peeled off from the substrate, so as to form AgNWs and PVA patterned transparent electrode structure. The resulting transparent electrode structure demonstrates high flexibility and a more specific surface area. The AgNWs/PVA TE was highly flexible and maintained stability for 1000-fold bending cycles. More importantly, the novel TE can improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic cells and the energy storage capacity of transparent capacitors.
