Current Situation and Advance of APACHE-II Score in the Clinical Application

At present,the acute physiology and chronic health evaluationⅡscoring system is mainly used for critical patient condition assessment,according to different scores,patients′ condition is classified,then the doctors will take different treatments and predict mortality and hospital admission rates.Along with the wide clinical application of the scoring system,we find certain correlation with some clinical indexes and its limitations in the clinical application.Here is to review current situation and advance of APACHE-Ⅱ score in the clinical application.
