Liaoning,Jilin and North Korea Three Ginseng Spleen Cells of Mice

Objective:Of Liaoning,Jilin and North Korea Ginseng three apoptosis of mouse spleen cells and three to compare the efficacy of ginseng.Methods:The 80 Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group,spleen model group,the normal three groups and fed ginseng ginseng spleen three treatment groups,a total of 8 groups of 10 each.Control group,normal saline;spleen deficiency model group and treatment group three senna soaking ginseng orally established spleen model,model building,the spleen three ginseng treatment group and three groups were fed with ginseng Liaoning,Jilin and North Korea three ginseng decoction gavage.14 days after administration,the mice were measured by flow cytometry of spleen cell apoptosis.Results:Compared with the control group,normal mice fed the three ginseng spleen cell apoptosis rate was increased to varying degrees,but not statistically significant(P0.05);normal three ginseng was no significant difference between the groups fed(P0.05);compared with the control group,model group,the spleen spleen cells was significantly decreased,with statistical significance(P0.05);with the model group,Liaoning and Jilin ginseng treatment group results were significantly(P0.05);Korean ginseng with the model group was not significant between treatment groups;three ginseng treatment groups was not significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Liaoning,Jilin and North Korea Ginseng three spleen cells of normal mice had no effect on apoptosis;spleen spleen cells of the body under the apoptosis rate decreased,Liaoning,Jilin Ginseng can be raised to its normal level,the Korean ginseng for its not significant;three ginseng on spleen cells of mouse spleen similar.
