摘要
Abstract The structure and composition of surface layers formed in the early stages of oxidation of single-crystal samples of iron have been investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Significant differences are observed between oxides obtained by laser irradiation and those obtained by isothermal heating in a furnace, under similar temperature and time of heating.
