摘要
We developed an innovative simulation method using Leda software to optimize light extraction in QLEDs. By simply adjusting the thickness of the semitransparent metal layer, we achieved nearly a 100% improvement in light extraction efficiency (LEE), raising it from 15.88% to 31.16% under optimal conditions. This remarkable approachholds great potential for broader applications in QLED devices.
