Chassis Disposal Project Optimization of Electric Vehicle Based on Handling and Stability

In accordance with electric cars in development and experiment stage,in order to meet the driving safety need of electric cars,and based on the considerations of electric vehicle handling stability,a electric car chassis layout scheme was optimized.To solve the problem which the electric vehicle's tires were worn badly because of the high levels of front wheel skid,the arrangement of suspension was optimized based on sensitivity analysis.A virtual prototype vehicle Model was established on the ADAMS/Car Module.The changes of the vehicle steering stability were observed by changing position of the battery and size of bearing toget the optimal automobile chassis layout.
