MEDIAÇÃO COMO FERRAMENTA PARA AUXILIAR NOS CONFLITOS ENTRE ALUNOS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL

The article in question addresses Mediation as a tool to assist in conflicts between elementary school students. According to bibliographic research, mediation is an alternative conflict resolution mechanism where a third party is present to assist the parties in finding a solution to the dispute surrounding them, without imposing a decision. Thus, the main objective of the study is to demonstrate the applicability of mediation as an alternative method of conflicts in the school environment. To this end, the mediation models, their applicability in different areas, with a focus on the school environment and conflict, the conflicting factors of the educational system, the modes of school mediation will be analyzed, culminating in the field research, carried out with 73 students from the High school.
