Inside Front Cover In article number 2200637, Li, Li, and co-workers reported N-doped carbon dots derived carbon substrates containing N-doped sp2/sp3 carbon interfaces to improve the hydrogen evolution reaction activity and stability of Ru. The existence of sp2/sp3 carbon interfaces contributed to boosting the hydrogen evolution reaction performance by lowering the intermediate energy barrier and balancing the adsorption and desorption of hydrogen.
