Clinical efficacy of Huazhuojieduruanganfang combined with ursodeoxycholic acid in treating 60 cases with primary biliary cirrhosis

Objective To observe the effects on cholestasis indicators of Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with primary biliary cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups,the patients of the control group oraled ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA);the patients of the treatment group taken Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction beside UDCA.The effects on cholestasis indicators of Huazhuo Jiedu Ruangan decoction in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis,and the biochemical indicators of cholestasis before and after the treatment were observed.Results The results showed that biochemical indicators in the treatment group improved significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusion Cholestasis indicators of the patients with primary biliary cirrhosis treated with Huazhuo detoxification decrease significantly.
