Study on Identification of Morbific Bacillus cereus by PCR

Objective:Study on Identification of Morbific Bacillus cereus by PCR technology in food samples.Methods:a pair of specific primers was designed base on the hblA gene of Enterotoxic Bacillus cereus,by optimized the PCR reaction parameter,Morbific Bacillus cereus was detected successfully in food.Results:a PCR method ofr rapid detection of Bacillus cereus based on hblA gene was developed.Its least detection limit is 9 CFU/ml in some food samples.Conclusion:amplification hblA gene by the PCR method allows faster detection of Enterotoxic Bacillus cereus;it had more specific and sensation livel than traditional biochemical methods.
