摘要
The relationship between a trustee and a beneficiary usually begins before their first meeting. The trustee can prepare to make that meeting a success by sending the beneficiary a letter that clearly introduces himself, describes his hopes for the new relationship, shares the goals for the meeting, and invites the beneficiary to add to the agenda. The beneficiary can distinguish himself by sending a letter of introduction sharing his views on how the trust might enhance his life, expressing any questions or concerns, and requesting the agenda for the upcoming meeting.
