Study on complex cationic silicone softer and its application

Abstrcat Based on cationic silicone emulsion synthesized, the cationic surfactant (ES) was added to acquire complex cationic silicone softer of steady and low cost, which was applied to finish the PET fabric. And the fabric finished has the better integrated feeling. It was discovered that the appropriate polymerization process of cationic silicone emulsion is catalyst concentration 1%, polymerization temperature 80℃, cationic emulsifier concentration 10%, nonionic emulsifier concentration 2%, and the 20%~30% proportion of ES suspension among complex softer is the optimum proportion.
