Clinical Analysis of 217 Cases of Gynecologic Acute Abdomen

Objective:To analyze the incidence and composition of gynecologic acute abdomen,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment.Methods:217 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The acute abdomen in the top three were ectopic pregnancy(71.0%),acute pelvic inflammatory disease(12.4%)and ovarian rupture(9.2%);18 cases were misdiagnosed,full compliance rate of preoperative and postoperative diagnosis was 91.7%(199/217).173 patients(79.7%)underwent surgical treatment,44 cases(20.3%)accepted conservative treatment,all patients discharged without deaths.Conclusion:The gynecologic acute abdomens were kinds of emergency with rapid development.In diagnosis,doctors should inquire about the detail disease history,and comprehensive analyze the physical signs and laboratory examinations.If there was necessary,invite related department timely for consultation and execute parallel laparotomy.
