摘要
Grain storage in China is a unique research field due to its distinct storage policies. In recent years, Chinese grain scientists have made significant strides in developing the “four-in-one” grain storage technology, aimed at achieving green and ecological grain storage. This paper reviews China’s innovative “four-in-one” grain storage technology system, which integrates mechanical ventilation, grain cooling, circulation fumigation, and intelligent condition monitoring to address key storage challenges including heating, mildew, and pest infestation. Notably, the graphical representation of grain storage conditions intelligent analysis methods have emerged as a research hot spot (high-temperature zones in grain piles) in the field. The article concludes by discussing existing challenges and future directions for grain storage in China.
