Comparison of cardiovascular risk in co-existent primary aldosteronism and obstructive sleep apnea with neither or either alone in hypertension

•PA and OSA patients show higher cardiovascular risk than those without the both. •PA and OSA patients show similar cardiovascular risk, compared with either alone. •Mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists may be an option for OSA in hypertension.
