Necrotizing Soft-Tissue and Retropharyngeal Space Infections and Mediastinitis

A 50-year-old man presented with a 3-day history of jaw pain, fever, and shortness of breath. CT showed severe dental disease with gas formation in the retropharyngeal space, chest wall, and mediastinum.
