Empirical Study on The Development of Graduate Employability

It has been an important problem that the graduate obtain employment difficultly while higher education is more and more popular.The deficiency of employability is the core question that the graduate obtain employment difficultly.This paper illustrates the theoretics of employability and employability skills.Relying on the job market in shanghai,it makes research on graduates' employability situation and makes recommendations on graduate employability from universities' aspects and students' facets in order to maximize the employment of graduates.
