Remedy of Eccentricity Errors of an Eccentric Bushing in Double-point Press

In order to repair the eccentricity errors of an eccentric bushing,a new re-processing center hole of the eccentric remedy has been put forward in the text besides the traditional remedies including Matching,Reproduction and Repair.Though this remedy will cause the gear of eccentric bushing change into eccentric gear which affects the contact overlap ratio and teeth side clearance. By computation results,conditions of gears meshing can be met when the value of remediation is controlled within a certain range.
