Determination of Sudan red by catalytic photometry

The determination method for Sudan red in food by catalytic photometry was established.The wavelength,operating method and linearity range were studied.The results showed that the minimum detecting limited was 10～5g·L~(-1),correlation coefficient of standard curve was high,recovery rate of sudan red is high. Best experimental conditions were determined to establish a convenient,fast and sensitive catalytic photometry.
