Research on the Legislative Issues of Protecting the Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Chinese Traditional Sports

China is full of intangible cultural heritage.However,it faces difficulties in protecting the intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese traditional sports,which takes a great role in human development history.This paper starts from the concept of intangible cultural heritage,analyses the characters of intangible cultural heritage of the Chinese traditional sports.Especially according to the current situation,it presents the legislative thinking of protecting from the legal perspective,in the hope of providing referable theories to the governments to protect and advance the intangible cultural heritage of China's traditional sports.
