Application of Management of Change in Chemical and Petrochemical Industry

This paper introduces some international regulations about management of change (MOC), and summarizes some requirements and types of MOC application in chemical and petrochemical industry. It puts emphasis on the implementation of MOC procedures and lists some MOC sheets. It provides reference for management of change in chemical and petrochemical industry.
