Development of Printed Circuit Board's Inspection-system

Usually, printed circuit board (PCB) is checked by using a needle type inspection machine after the electricparts have been mounted on a board. We succeeded in developing a new capacitance type inspection system for PCB. It will be able to check PCB condition, either nrmal circuit or open or short, before mounting the parts on a board. We can measure the capacitance between each terminals using this system.
