Chemical components of Glechoma biondiana.

Eleven compounds were isolated from the extract of whole Glechoma biondiana(Diels) C.Y.Wu et C.Chen by acetic ester and structurally identified by modern spectral technology(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR,DEPT),as well as compared with the data from literatures.They are 2α-hydroxyursolic acid(1),2α,3α-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(2),ursolic acid(3),2α,3α,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4),3β,24-dihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(5),3α-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(6),stigmasta-3,6-dione(7),7β-hydroxysitosterol(8),stigmasterol(9),β-daucosterol(10),palmic acid(11).Besides compounds(3) and(10),the others were isolated from Glechoma biondiana for the first time.
