摘要
The electrical resistivities of single crystals of Ru${\mathrm{O}}_{2}$ and Ir${\mathrm{O}}_{2}$ in the temperature range 10-1000\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K are reported. It is found that electron-phonon and electron-electron interband scattering mechanisms account quantitatively for the observed temperature dependence of the resistivities. The Hall constants measured at 300 and 77\ifmmode^\circ\else\textdegree\fi{}K are also reported.
