Determination of diarrhetic shellfish poisoning and amnesic shellfishpoisoning of sea shellfish by HPLC in China Coast

The determination of diarrhetic shellfish poisoning of sea shellfish was done in China coast by HPLC in 2001. Sixty four muscle (samples) were analysed,therein seven samples coming from north sea contained DSP. There were no DSP in south sea and east sea samples. (Eleven) digest gland samples were analysed,therein six samples contained DSP. The highest content of DSP reached 7.12×10~(-6)(wet weight). The HPLC results of amnesic shellfish poisoning of sea shellfish in China coast are firstly given.
