Communicative Competence,Communicative Approach and Oral English Teaching

This research expounds the Communicative Competence Theory, analyzes the possibility of applying Communicative Approach in oral English teaching, advances the effective approaches which can cultivate students' communicative competence, and draws the conclusion that Communicative Approach is an effective method which can improve students' foreign language using capability and communicative competence.
