摘要
In the field of ship detection technology, the residual current of ship power grid fault grounding is small, which is not conducive to insulation fault location. In order to better solve this problem, this paper will propose a new insulation monitoring and fault location method. This method is based on the single frequency injection method to achieve insulation monitoring and fault location. With STM32 as the controller, UCOS-III embedded operating system is transplanted, and hardware system and software architecture are designed, then a complete on-line insulation monitoring and fault location system is developed. This monitoring and positioning system can realtime monitor the insulation state of ship power grid, and realize the functions of insulation resistance measurement, insulation early warning, insulation alarm, fault location, data recording, etc. The feasibility and reliability of this method will be verified by experiments and real ship tests.
