摘要
We experimentally demonstrated an all-fiber Er3+-doped Mamyshev oscillator (MO) with high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and low mode-locking threshold at 1550 nm wavelength. By adopting two offset bandpass filters in the oscillator, the all-fiber MO can achieve mode-locking operation with threshold ~60 mW. Highly stable pulses with SNR of 82.1 dB and 91.6 dB, pulse duration of 145 fs and 1.058 ps have been delivered from the main output coupler and the other output of the MO by managing the intra-cavity dispersion and nonlinear phase shift, respectively. This stable all-fiber MO at 1550 nm with ultrafast pulse duration may provide an attractive solution for ultrafast optoelectronic applications in terms of environmental stability, pulse duration and pulse energy.
