摘要
Abstract In this work, a highly sensitive non-enzymatic electrochemical sensor based on an inorganic-organic nanocomposite film consisting of H7P2Mo17V1O62 (P2Mo17V), Ru(bpy)3Cl2·6H2O (Ru(bpy)3) and chitosan-palladium (Cs-Pd) was constructed for the determination of ascorbic acid (AA). The non-enzymatic sensor has advantages such as simple preparation and operation, good reproducibility and superior sensitivity, which overcomes the drawbacks of enzyme-based sensors such as restricted immobilization and easy inactivation due to the combination of three active components in the new film presented here.
