Double operative approaches in knee joint arthroscopy

Objective To explore the curative effect of double operative approaches in diagnosing and treating knee joint disease by arthroscopy.Methods 36 patients meniscus injuries,or knee joint free bodies and mediopatellar plica syndrome have been treated by double operative approaches knee joint arthroscopy.Result Total cases were followed up for 8～15 months.Based on Lysholm Score of knee joint function,the results were excellent in 27 cases,good in 6,and fair in 3,and the excellent and good rate was 91.7%.[WTHZ]Conclusions The double operative approaches in arthroscopy treating of meniscus injuries or knee joint loose bodies or mediopatellar plica syndrome have good curative effect.
