Objective:To observe microbe culturing experiment in three different kinds of cell culture reactor of hollow fiber membranes (hereinafter called “hollow fiber membranes”) Methods:1 Experiment of livina enterostreptococcus culturing on its best living time in three different hollow fiber membranes and their comparison of cultured thalli growing situation 2 Experiment of living enterostreptococcus culturing on its best living time, temperature, and pH value in polysulfone supper filtrate membrane Results:1 The best living time of living enterostreptococcus in three different hollow fiber membranes is 18 hours In the experiment of living enterostreptococcus culturing in hollow fiber polysulfone(PS), and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) membranes, milk immobilized well, and in hollow polyvinylinglidera difluvride (PVDF) membrane, milk immobilized incompletely 2 The best living temperature in polysulfone filtrate membrane is 35~37℃, and pH value is pH=6 0 Conclusion:1 The way of microbe culturing in three different kinds of hollow fiber membranes is workable 2 The living condition of living enterostreptococcus in three different hollow fiber membranes is as same as pharmacopoeia's requirement
