摘要
Methyl(tri-O-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranosyl bromide)-urinate was synthesized from glucuronolactone including loop esterification,acetylation,bromide substitution.Phosphorus pentabromide was taken as bromating agent instead of hydrogen bromide.The overall yield is 72% and the structure was identified by 1H NMR and optical rotation photometry.
