Extracting Flammulina Velutipes Polysaccharide by Enzymes

We researched optimum conditions of flammulina velutipes polysaccharide extraction. Single experiments decided the optimum conditions of extraction flammulina velutipes polysaccharied by celluse, bromelin, pectolytic enzyme. Based on the above, orthogonal experiments were carried out and showed that the optimum conditions were reaction time and temperature:80 min and 50 ℃,ph=4.0, celluse 1.0%,bromelin1.0%, pectolytic 1.0%.
