Objective: To optimize the decoction technology of Mongolian medicine San-hua powder.Methods: Taking the contents of gentiopicroside and the rate of paste as indexes,with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) measuring the contents of gentiopicroside,using L9(34) orthogonal test table,with the water addition(A,) the decoction time(B) and decoction times(C) as factors,choose three levels of each factor to optimize the decoction technology.Results: When taking the contents of gentiopicroside as indexes,the optimal decoction technology is project A3B3C2,just 70 times water added to medicinal substance to be decocted 45 minutes twice,there is no significant difference among three factors(P0.05;) When taking the rate of paste as indexes the optimal decoction technology is project A1B2C2j,ust 50 times water added to medicinal substance to be decocted 30 minutes twice,according to analysis of variance C factor has a significant effect on decoction technology(P0.05,) and A、B factor have no significant effect(P0.05,)the impact order of three factors is CBA.At last choosing the project A1B2C2 for the optimal decoction technology by verification test.Conclusion: The decoction technology is reasonable,stable and feasible,and it serves as the oretic basis for further development and utilization of this decoction.
