摘要
A method for separation of sixteen of organo-chlorine pesticides(OCPs) and ten kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) by the chromatographic column of activated carbon was developed.The condition of separation for sixteen of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs were optimized by comparing with the influences for activation temperature and activation time and granularity of activated carbon,types of eluting reagents.The results showed that the optimization of separation between sixteen of OCPs and ten kinds of PCBs adsorbed in activated carbon with eluting of 20 mL acetone and 10mL mix solution of dichloromethane and acetone(5:95,v/v) in turn could be obtained in the conditions of activated carbon from 80 mesh to 200 mesh heating at 350℃ for an hour.It is feasible for this method to be suitable for determination of OCPs and PCBs in the sample of seawater by capillary gas chromatography with an electric capture detector(GC-ECD).
