Observation of ozone major autohemo therapy in treating stroke sequela

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ozone major autohemo therapy in the treatment of stroke sequela. Methods Seventy-one patients with stroke sequela were divided into treatment group( n = 47) and control group( n = 24),two groups were given conventional therapy such as acupuncture and intravenous infusion,the treatment group plus ozone major autohemo therapy,10 days for a course of treatment and all treated for 3 courses. The nerve function improvement was observed before and after treatment for the two groups. Results The total effective rates of two groups were 95. 7% and 75. 0%,the difference for Fugl-Meyer was significant( P 0. 01),without any serious complications. Conclusion Ozone major autohemo therapy in the treatment of stroke sequela could effectively improve the neurological function and the quality of life,and effective safe.
