Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Complex Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection Combined with Astragalus Injection

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with astragalus injection on treating coronary heart disease. Methods Reviewing literature in the past,utilizing the published data,meta analysis method were used in the research.Consistent checking was carried out and combination and analysis of the data were performed by corresponding mathematic model. Result Twelve literatures were satisfactory with the enrolling criteria.The 95% confidence interval of the combined effective value d of the remission rate of angina pectoris attacks was 26% to 10%.The combined effective value of ECG improvement was 27.38% to 7.66%. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with astragalus injection is superior to complex salvia miltiorrhiza injection only in treating angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis.
