Our country is a brick of pottery and porcelain products such as the production of power, as the area all the way and the globalization of economy, according to the information published by China building sanitary ceramics association, 2020, our country's building ceramic floor tile of wall of the annual output has been achieved 8.474 billion ㎡, with a higher ratio of glazed brick, with the surface of the tile glaze layer coverage, relative reserves sufficient raw materials can be used as a body, especially in recent years, the concept of environmental protection gradually into the public view, carbon emissions, carbon peak, such as carbon neutral policy gradually, ceramic plate, such as concept and standard of releasing rock plate, with the advantage of competition trend of timber and natural stone material and has the preliminary. The surface wear resistance of glazed brick is a relatively important performance. According to the actual use scenario, accurate matching of wear resistance can promote the improvement of the quality of glazed brick, and also play a favorable role in reducing the use and loss of scarce high-quality resources, which has important economic and social significance. National standard GB/T 3810.7-2016/ISO 10545-7:1996 For determination of wear resistance of glazed ceramic tiles -- Test methods for ceramic tiles -- Part 7: the determination of surface wear resistance of glazed brick has limitations in real scene experiments, and it is difficult to evaluate the wear resistance of various glazed surfaces objectively and accurately. In this paper, after the in-depth study and analysis of the experimental evaluation methods of the wear resistance of ceramic bricks, it is proposed for the first time to express the wear resistance comprehensively and objectively by the optical properties: color change. It makes great contribution to the evaluation system of abrasion resistance of unglazed brick and glazed brick.
