Research on the Magnetization Roasting and Magnetic Separation Process for a Limonite Ore

The research on magnetization roasting and magnetic separation process of some limonite ore was carried out.And iron concentrate with a 43.11% yield,56.56% grade and 74.60% recovery can be obtained by process of exploratory experiment,with coal quantity of 7%,roasting temperature of 750 ℃ and roasting time of 50min.The process can also be used as a reference for exploiting and utilizing other similar iron ores.
