Analysis on Influencing Factors of Properties of Polyacrylate Emulsion for Pressure-sensitive Adhesives Tapes

The main influencing factors of the properties of polyacrylate emulsion for pressure-sensitive adhesives tapes were analyzed and the effects of reaction temperature,the amount of seed emulsion and the dosage of polymerization inhibitor on the products properties were also discussed through the experimental research.It was found that the initial bonding strength,peel strength and endurance bonding strength of the adhesives could reach an optimal result when the reaction temperature was 83～88 ℃ and the amount of seed emulsion was 10% in the preparation of pressure-sensitive emulsion adhesives.
