In-situ Reinforcement of Silicone Rubber

In this paper,the reinforcement of silicone rubber by in-situ generated fillers via sol-gel process was reviewed.According to the type of the in-situ precipitated fillers,the in-situ reinforcement was classified as five categories and each of them was introduced respectively.And more,the mechanism for the in-situ generated particles and the properties of the reinforced polymer networks were briefly discussed.
