Harnessing deep eutectic solvents for pore engineering: MOF-derived magnetic mesoporous carbon toward microplastic adsorption

Magnetic adsorbent (DES@Fe-MNPC) was constructed via MOF carbonization coupled with deep eutectic solvent engineering, achieving high adsorption capacity, rapid kinetics, and excellent reusability for microplastic removal from complex water matrices.
