Rhodium‐Catalyzed Synthesis of Polycyclic Spiroindolines via Intramolecular 1,2‐Acyloxy Migration‐Cyclization Cascade

Abstract Herein, a novel and efficient protocol for the synthesis of polycyclic spiroindolines is realized through a 1,2‐acyloxy migration‐cyclization cascade starting from ester‐tethered 1,2,3‐triazoles. [6,5,5,6] and [6,5,6,6] ring skeleton are constructed in moderate to excellent yields.
