Research on Manufacturing Technology of Alloy Filled with Foam Aluminum Core

The process methods for preparing aluminum foam by melt foaming were introduced.The effects of tackifier addition,TiH2 addition and holding time on the structure of foam core were analyzed.The process parameters were investigated to obtain aluminum foam with uniform pore structure.
