摘要
We present the phylogenetic relationships among five species of Dorosomatinae using partial sequences of the mitochondrial 16S rRNA and Cyt b genes. Here, we analyze total 927 nucleotides homologous sequence of 16S rRNA and Cyt b genes. 178 polymorphic loci and 123 parsimony informative sites were detected from two mitochondrial genes. Clupea pallasii and C. harengus were used as outgroups to analyze phylogenetic relationships within Dorosomatinae. The combination of the molecular data sets in Bayesian, Neighbor-joining, parsimony, and maximum likelihood analysis resulted in a well-resolved hypothesis regarding the phylogenetic relationships of Dorosomatinae species. Our results indicate a close phylogenetic relationship between Konosirus punctatus and Clupanodon thriss. In addition, a distant phylogenetic relationship was detected between genus Dorosoma, distributed in the America continent, and the 3 Indo-Pacific genera, including genera Konosirus, Clupanodon and Nematalosa.
