APPLICATION OF POSSITIVE PRESSURE METHOD ON THE DEFORMATION REPAIR OF VERTICLE CONE ROOF OIL TANK

The reason of roof buckling for a atomospheric cone roof oil tank was analyzed.The repair method of water injection adding pressure for cone roof oil tank was recommended.In order to secure the equipment safe,the strength of shell roof nodal point and the lifting force of tank body were checked.The influence of outside enviroment and water injecting capacity on tank inside pressure were analyzed.It has a certain reference value for handling simillar problems.
